SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
For stock items we will ship products within 2 - 5 days of purchasing goods
Return & Exchange Policy
For stock items we accept returns in new condition with labels but they myst be returned with 14 days of purchase.
The SHF team will inspect the goods upon return and if they are deemed acceptable for resale you will be issued a refund with the exclusion of any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
A refund will be with you within 7-14 days of the product arriving back at our studio.
We do not offer refunds for bespoke items.
Exchanges can be discussed between the client and the SAH team where we will endeavour to meet your requests.
